Legacy Aircraft Services' Supplier Quality Clauses 2025

- QC-1) Quality System Requirement: The supplier has established and maintained a quality system that conforms to the requirements of ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP, and/or other recognized quality management systems.
- QC-2) Quality Objectives: The supplier is required to meet or exceed Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. quality objectives of Good Product (90%) and On Time Delivery (90%). Overall supplier performance below the quality objectives will lead to a Corrective Action Request and/or an audit by Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc.
- QC-3) Retention of Records: The supplier shall store, protect, and retain records that are created by processing Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. purchase order for seven (7) years.
- QC-4) Right of Access: The supplier shall grant right of access to Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc., its customers, and regulatory agencies to all facilities and the records involved in this order.
- QC-5) Identification, Traceability, and Protection: The supplier shall ensure all items are legibly identified with part number, revision level, description, quantity, and purchase order number. The supplier shall certify that material used in this order is traceable to heat, lot, or batch as applicable. The supplier shall ensure material supplied by Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. or its customer is protected from lost and/or damage.
- QC-6) Control of Nonconforming Product: The supplier shall notify Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. of nonconforming product and obtain its approval for disposition of nonconforming product.
- QC-7) Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR): The supplier must respond to corrective actions properly and on a timely manner as determined by Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc.. Failure to take proper action may affect the supplier scope of approval and ultimately removal from the Approved Vendors List (AVL).
- QC-8) Notification of Changes: The supplier shall notify Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. of changes that in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location, and where required, obtain its approval.
- QC-9) Special Requirements: where applicable, the supplier shall conform to special requirements of Legacy Aircraft Services, Inc. customers including but not limited to records retention period beyond seven (7) years, personnel qualification/certification, process and/or product inspection/verification, quality audit, etc. REV.
